Returns
All sales are final. Badlands does not accept requests to cancel an order or return the exchange of items so please be sure you're happy with your order before you make any purchases. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, please refer to our email contact.badlands@gmail.com for support.

Shipping
When ordering from outside of the UK, import duties and taxes may be applied to your order at the border. So please be aware of this when purchasing from outside of the UK.
All items are posted with Royal Mail signed for. 2nd class is our standard shipping method.
When your items are posted, you will receive a confirmation email and tracking number. You will normally be required to give a signature on delivery, if a signature is not able to be taken on the first delivery attempt, you will be required to chose an alternative shipping date through Royal Mail. If you don't do this, the item will be sent back to us and you will be required to pay additional shipping fee so we can try send it to you again - please keep this in mind.
